Will I receive a receipt with every transaction?
Yes, with any of our two options, invoices/receipts will be sent to the email address of your choice.
How will I receive my washes?
Wash books/Tags will be sent to the address of your choice. Once the items have shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Digital barcodes will be provided via email.
Will I be able to track my wash usage?
Upon request, balances on digital prepaid washes can be provided.
How do I make changes to my account, purchase additional washes, or update the vehicles in my fleet?
Email fleet@whitewatercw.com, and a representative will be happy to assist.
